Swedish

This is a traditional Swedish massage designed to relieve muscle tension, reduce stress, increase circulation and promote overall relaxation. (Note: Physician release required for clients under the care of an oncologist.)

 

Deep Tissue (NMT)

In this session I focus on the specific muscle groups which are the source of your pain.  I combine massage techniques with Neuromuscular Therapy  (NMT) protocols to loosen up the muscles and relieve trigger points.  

 

Sports

This therapeutic massage helps to remove lactic acid from sore muscles and increase circulation to the tissues.  It is perfect for clients in need of relief from the symptoms of over-exertion.

 

Pregnancy

Feeling discomfort from backaches, leg cramps, fatigue, insomnia and headaches? This massage will help to ease your discomfort while you await the arrival of your bundle of joy.  (Note: Physician release required during first trimester.)
